The TALKFEST - International Music Festivals Forum, with 8th edition scheduled for March between the cities of Vigo (session 1 - 13 March) and Lisbon (session 2 - 22 March), makes today the preview of what can be expected for the gala of the Iberian Festival Awards.
The fourth edition of the gala will take place next Wednesday in Vigo, in the Teatro Afundación, one of the emblematic cultural spaces of the spanish city.
The Iberian Festival Awards are the only Iberian collective celebration related to the music festivals area and its stakeholders (e.g. promoters, agents, artists, brands, media and service providers) and more than a moment of winners, finalists and nomenees this moment serves for the industry to meet, conduct networking, boost their business and build partnerships and strategies for the current year. Prizes will be awarded to national and Iberian winners in 22 categories and known the Excellence Award, in decisions attributed by the public that voted and by the jury that was composed of 9 elements (Portugal, Spain and International).
Aporfest will transfer part of its Social Fund to the winner of the "Best Small Festival" category in order to support its development. The prizes will be delivered mostly by government entities from Portugal and the region of Vigo, as well as sponsors, jury members or experts in each award-winning area.
In addition to the gala there will be a open bar to everyone present and a piano bar (powered by ArtCor Light), as well as brand activations and ludic activities (e.g. Photobooth) to give new memories of this meeting.
The gala will have a broadcast for radio and online (live) and will be deferred on TV.
